June Koteles, Founding Partner, President, a native of New Jersey, has an extensive career in newspaper advertising and sales. She has also worked in radio, television and cinema advertising. June has launched several new products and developed new markets for major corporations. June has twice been the recipient of the National Leadership Award and Gold Medal from the Business Advisory Council. She has also been asked to serve as Honorary Chairman of the Florida chapter of the Business Advisory Council.

Jay Oliver, Founding Partner, Senior Vice President, a South Florida native, has a vast and far reaching career in senior management of media properties. He has lived and worked in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom where he was an owner and CEO of a successful broadcasting company, one of the first to open in the United Kingdom. He started his career in radio, has worked in newspaper, and has spent the majority of his recent career in general management and general sales management of television properties in the United States.

Together, they bring over 65 years of media experience to the table with nine years of proven success assisting their clients in garnering advertising revenue.
